1. "Just Lose It" by Eminem
I am going through my Eminem phase in life ten years late and I am totally okay with the fact. I'm not going to admit what sparked this sudden life decision (okay, fine, someone made a compilation video of Niall Horan dancing to this song and now I've been on an Eminem binge ever since. THERE, I SAID IT). I'm just a little bit obsessed with this song and dancing to it in every situation possible: while I'm getting ready, when I'm in the car, in my head when I'm at work. I dare you to listen to it and not get it stuck in your head. It's impossible.
2. NARS Audacious Lipstick in Claudia
I really wanted the shade Angela, but alas, it was sold out. Claudia was really close to it on the display and somewhat similar in color (but not enough to not justify purchasing Angela at some point in my life) and I knew that I really liked NARS lipsticks, so I took the plunge and got it. It's definitely one of my more expensive lipstick colors (at $32, yikes) but it's definitely one of my most pigmented colors as well. It's a creamy matte, like most of my NARS lip products (Dragon Girl aside, that's definitely a dry matte) and is a really nice bright pink. It's not neon and it's not hot pink, but it's definitely not subdued either? I'm not entirely sure how to describe it because the first time I put it on my lips as opposed to swatting it on the side of my hands I was sort of like, "WOW." It's definitely a nice pop of color on your lips and it wears pretty nicely too!
3. Diary of a Mad Diva by Joan Rivers
I know she was crass, crude, a downright mean sometimes...but I can't help but love (and miss) Joan Rivers. My uncle gave me a signed copy of her first book years ago and I've just loved her ever since. I liked her "no f**ks given" attitude and the way she was unapologetic in what she said because it was her job. May she rest in peace...but not before rocking the boat a little with her newest book that might contain more insults per paragraph than any other piece of published literature so far. I have never laughed out loud at a book like this since her last book, honestly.
....Andddddd prepare yourself for a shameless self plug....
4. My fashion blog
I went through a phase where I stopped going on here because I'm not signed into that account on my phone any longer and it's not connected to my main blog. However, recently I've followed some new accounts that update regularly so now I'm getting back into the swing of things! There's not much of a difference between the URLs of my main tumblr (lifeaccordingtofrancesca) and my fashion tumblr (accordingtofrancesca), but they are alive with the sound of music.
