Kate Spade // NYFW 2014

Over the past couple years, I have been falling head over heels in love with Kate Spade. I feel like it embodies the perfect amount of sophistication, elegance, with a hint of spunk and cuteness. I constantly find myself scrolling through their website, pining after a majority of the pieces with every part of my being. They are completely mesmerizing and their website draws you in and never lets you leave.

Needless to say, I was extremely excited to see what Kate Spade had to offer at New York Fashion Week this time around. A few things that I have noticed that will be a "thing" in the fall are sleek, sky high ponytails, cigarette pants, and color blocking.

First and foremost, the contrast between the blue and green is absolutely incredible. I think these colors together are a statement. The over-sized blazer and cigarette pants are a great combination, and that clutch is to die for.

I am head over heels in love with this jacket, from the color to the length to the rounded collar. UGH.

What's better than a high-waisted camel color skirt? A high-waisted camel colored skirt THAT HAS A BOW ON IT. Oh man. I will work four jobs if it means I can own this skirt.

I would wear the heck out of this shirt, all day, every day, for the rest of my natural lifetime.

Not only is the shirt precious, she is carrying a bird cage. A BIRD CAGE. I am overflowing with feelings for it right now. Please excuse me.

I have never wanted a coat so much in my life, to be honest. And the pop of color with the red bag, shoes, and skirt (if you look really closely) is the perfect touch.

Everything about this is perfect, from the pale pink to the gold jewels to the incredible fan clutch. If all of these pieces are not in my closet come fall, I may have to take a break from the world and lie in my bed with immense amounts of cookie butter and cinnamon tea.

I am not okay. Kate Spade has knocked it out of the park with these jeweled accents. They kind of remind me of the J. Crew sweaters that were floating around this winter with the jeweled fronts. Kate Spade just kicked it up a knotch and put them on beautiful coats, jackets, and skirts. Brava, brava.

I may or may not enter my second year of college extremely broke, but at least I will be happy. What was your favorite look from the Kate Spade collection, or any collection during Fashion Week?
